When setting up your Energia rewards account, ensure your password meets the following security criteria:

If you still can't find it, attempting to log in with your credentials will usually trigger a "Resend Verification" prompt.
Note: Your Energia rewards login is separate from your "MyEnergia" billing account. You will need to set up a separate login for the rewards' portal.
