How to Register for Energia Rewards

Wait 14 days: If you have just switched to Energia, you must wait for your 14-day cooling-off period to end before you can register
Visit the Portal: Go to the official Energia rewards website
Find your Account Number: You will need your 8-digit Energia account number, located at the top of your bill
Create your Profile: Enter your name, email, and choose a password
Verify: Click the link sent to your email to activate your account

Your Energia rewards login is separate from your MyEnergia billing account. Missing your verification email? Check your spam or ‘Promotions’ folder.

Currently, there is no standalone app. However, the rewards portal is fully mobile-optimised, so you can easily browse and redeem vouchers on your smartphone while out shopping.

Go to the “My Profile” section. Note that changing your email requires verification via security code.

You can delete your profile at any time within the ‘Profile’ settings. However, deleting your profile will result in the immediate loss of any active or unused vouchers stored in your ‘My Vouchers’ tab.
