My Pure Telecom Internet Isn't Working. Who Do I Call?
If you are experiencing a fault with your line or equipment, such as if your broadband is down or you have issues with coverage, you should contact Pure Telecom on the aforementioned number of 1890 987 550. Once you have connected with a customer service agent, they will proceed through a series of troubleshooting questions to identify exactly what the fault is, common fixes, and identify any further actions that are required. You can also do an internet speed test to make sure you're getting what you're paying for!
Pure Telecom will also analyse your line remotely, and arrange to send an engineer to your home if you have a problem with your fibre connection or ADSL connection, and help you fix your outage or slow broadband.
