What Are the Pure Telecom Contact Numbers?

Though many people prefer to get in contact through methods other than calling, sometimes it is just easier to pick up the phone, reach a customer service agent, and talk over your query. Like many companies, Pure Telecom's contact numbers cover several departments, while keeping your options simple.

Alternatively, if you would prefer not to call Pure Telecom yourself, you can complete a callback form to get Pure Telecom to call you instead. This option can be found on their contact page and requires only that you input your name, email address, phone number and a short message regarding your contact reason (if you wish to attach one), whether it is regarding your broadband, Pure Telecom TV, or another reason.

Is There a Pure Telecom Email Address?

Similarly to their phone numbers, Pure Telecom email addresses cover several departments depending upon the nature of your query. Let's take a look at these now.

Customer Support[email protected]
Customer Care[email protected]
Business Care[email protected]

When sending emails to Pure Telecom, once again remember to include all of the important information that may be required in order to keep the communication as prompt and efficient as possible. That being said, avoid including sensitive information such as bank details unless you are specifically required to do so, for example, if discussing a billing problem, or changing your bank account details.

Can I Contact Pure Telecom Through Live Chat?

Pure Telecom has a simple live chat facility present on almost all of its pages. Simply look for a small blue box containing speech bubbles towards the bottom right of your screen. This box should also have the text “Chat with us” within it. Click on this box, and you will begin the chat process. Before you connect with an agent, you will need to input the following details:

  1. Contact reason (New sales enquiry, broadband support, customer care, billing queries, My Pure login)
  2. Your name
  3. Email address
  4. Your telephone number or customer number (optional)
  5. Your postcode/Eircode (optional)

Customers will be glad to know that this service will connect them with a real agent, instead of an automated response. Operating hours for this facility also match call centre open hours, giving you plenty of time to sit down with a brew and get in touch.

My Pure Telecom Internet Isn't Working. Who Do I Call?

image of a spanner

If you are experiencing a fault with your line or equipment, such as if your broadband is down or you have issues with coverage, you should contact Pure Telecom on the aforementioned number of 1890 987 550. Once you have connected with a customer service agent, they will proceed through a series of troubleshooting questions to identify exactly what the fault is, common fixes, and identify any further actions that are required. You can also do an internet speed test to make sure you're getting what you're paying for!

Pure Telecom will also analyse your line remotely, and arrange to send an engineer to your home if you have a problem with your fibre connection or ADSL connection, and help you fix your outage or slow broadband. It is recommended to keep a contact method besides your landline with you in case any final alterations are required on the day of this visit.

What Is the Pure Telecom Complaints Process?

Sometimes despite the best efforts of your service provider, things go wrong. While we would hope that they would be on top of it, sometimes it may be necessary to log a complaint to help facilitate corrective action.

Pure Telecom complaints are handled between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays, and can be made through the following methods:

  1. Call 1800 844 023 or (local) 012 469 000

  3. Write to:

Once logged, the Pure Telecom complaints or customer services teams will provide acknowledgement of its registration, along with a unique reference number within 24 hours. Within this acknowledgement will be an approximate timeframe for its resolution depending on which categorization category it is placed within.

Can I Write to Pure Telecom?

Though writing to your service provider tends to be the slowest contact method, it can also have its benefits. Will I Get a Response if I Leave a Trustpilot Review?

Review sites can be a great medium to see how other people feel about a service provider. Pure Telecom maintains a page on Trustpilot, and actively replies to customers there. While this shouldn’t be your first port of call if you are trying to contact Pure Telecom, if you would like to leave a review and request further contact, you can do so through this method.
