Moved into a different address today with my baby , I contacted prepay power to get set up, I rang at 9am and finished at 1:30pm, being passed around different people. For some reason they made me 2 different accounts. One account had 45€ on it the second 0€. I couldn’t sign into my app because of this. Then the agent decided to delete the account with 45 in it rather than the new one. And now I have 0 on my account and because of the technical difficulties I’m not able to register the other account.

The guy who was supposed to set up prepay power for me in D1 (David) gave me a time between 11am and 1pm to come at my place, that's already 2 hours time,but I had to wait till 3pm! His behaviour was pretty rude when he arrived, without even saying hello,and when he started the work he answered to a phone call with this girl and started screaming and talking on the phone about his family/love life with this person for like 30min!!! He was so disrespectful in our private space,like he was at his own home!! Terrible service and uncomfortable experience.

What Are the Google Complaints About PrepayPower?
There were customers who had bad overall experiences with PrepayPower including unexplained charges to their account:
Random charges. On March 17, I went on a trip and turned off all the fuses until I came back. At that time, my account had about 80 euros. Until 4th April the account was -2.69 euros. ( no badly home).I only used 1 kWh of electricity in April. But now my account is -116.93 euros. standing charge fee is 1.73 euros a day. I ask customer for explanation.they can’t answer . nothing help .at moments I don’t have choice I need pay this much otherwise no electricity or I can’t get deactivation code.
