How Does Verisure Contact the Emergency Services?
Part of Verisure’s services to its security customers is a monitor alarm system means your security is looked after by a professional Verisure security team 24/7. This means that if there is any trigger to the alarm system, the Verisure team monitoring your house’s alarm system will be able to respond faster than you would yourself. Part of this is identifying the type of emergency and getting the right services to your property.
Does Verisure Contact the Police?
Verisure has an approved Alarm Receiving Centre that will pick up a trigger from your alarm system at your property. The Centre will then contact the appropriate security, medical or fire services to come to your property to make sure everything is safe. This response is manually activated by the security experts who will judge the situation in the Alarm Receiving Centre and is not automatic.
How Do I Complain to Verisure?
If you have a complaint to make about Verisure’s products or services, there is a Verisure complaints procedure in place in order for you to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible. According to the type of complaint, you can resolve it through one of the Verisure contact methods above.
How Long Does It Take Verisure to Resolve a Complaint?
Verisure requests up to 5 working days to be able to get back to you on your complaint. If you have a complicated issue that requires photo evidence and testing, it might take a little longer to get resolved. However, if it’s a billing issue you should be able to resolve it all while being on one phone call.
Can I Cancel My Verisure Subscription?
If you want to cancel your Verisure subscription for their alarm or service services, you’ll need to call them or email them in some way requesting a cancellation. Don’t cancel the direct debit without informing Verisure as this can lead to debt issues and affect your credit score.
